Refund Policy
Down Payment
If service is cancelled within 14 days, and before initial design phase is completed, the down payment may be refunded, at a pro-rated amount, based on amount of work completed. After this point, down payment is non-refundable.
Monthly Payments
Previous monthly payments are non-refundable. Payment for current month may be refundable at a pro-rated amount to accommodate any work completed, and for a transitioning period.
Business Prints (Business Cards, Flyers, Etc.)
Business prints are non-refundable at this time.
Add-Ons/Special Projects
Any add-ons, extra services, or special projects are non-refundable unless we fail to deliver the purchased service.
Cancellation Procedure
To cancel services, please notify, by email, with at least 7 days notice before next billing cycle.
Service Failures
In the event of a service outage/failure on our part, we will provide a refund for the affected period.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
